Probably, though I think we're getting a little off topic here ;P Not that anyone's really "debating" the match ;P Even me, the big "trekkie" admits defeat, because composite is just too much. There will hundreds of millions of ships, plus superweapons like the Sun Crusher, World destroyers, and the Starforge... there's little Trek can do.

I'm inclined to say Star Wars.

I don't think anyone has to guess which side I'd like to win, but hopefully this draws people in through Google and Bing.

Doesn't seem like anybody did.
So...Star Wars was winning this, right?

So Aelfinn brought up a good point about Composite Trek that I had previously forgotten. The Krenim Temporal Ship. en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Krenim_weapon_shipI know it's a Wiki, but it has good info on it. Fire that at certain planets and bam, Major SW factions are erased from time. Fire it at Nal Hutta and boom, no Hutts, no early Hutt Empire. Fire it at Rakatta, and you get no Infinite Empire, so who knows how many worlds would be affected. Rinse and repeat. Plus because the ship is out of Temporal Phase with the rest of the universe it can't actually been attacked and destroyed. Now imagine that tech on every Borg ship. Pretty scary right?

wait, that would be killing before born type strategy wouldn't it? since people are not born due to it?

wait, that would be killing before born type strategy wouldn't it? since people are not born due to it? Sort of, I guess. Aim it at a certain thing, say the Courascant Planet City thing, fire, and it effectively alters time so it never existed in the first place, erasing it and everything that ever happened there from time, that then sends out a temporal shockwave across the affected area's, in this case I'd assume it would alter the whole of the galaxy. It restructures stuff, though I think it would only be speculation as to what would happen if Courascant never existed. So, I guess it just eliminates it and anyone from there from the match. As Aelfinn said, fire it on Theed and gone is Padme and palpatine, so no him, or Luke or Leia, and so on.

ah, like I said I don't know if that would or wouldn't fall under the whole no killing before born thing or not, I almost feel like it would be nerfing Trek if I say it is or seem like I'm biased if I just say yes it is.

I don't think it is. You could I suppose consider it a BFR for certain characters and groups ;P

Well it's either a huge stomp for Wars due to numbers and super weapons and all, or a stomp for Trek via uber time fuckery.
Composites can be weird ;P
