So here's the Blackhole experiment, that thing Stitch throws deeper into the black hole is a sphere of antimatter...so...he can hold antimatter in his hand. Also...piloting an upgraded earth vehicle through a black hole..maybe a feat?

Not really. There's the Iron Halo for accomplished Captains, and the Ecclesiarchal Rosarius of Chaplains that aren't based on Void tech.

How widespread are power weapons and void shields among SM mooks ?

Stitch vs the true first Expirement, Experiment 000 who upgraded into a cyborg named Cyber was originally exactly like Stitch but purple, has all Stitch's powers plus cyborg upgrades. Also, he's so sociopathic that what Stitch originally was is considered a massive improvement. Also vs an army of tanks, surviving in the Vacuum of space, apparently has plasma pistols as standard gear now, some impressive speed at one point.

@mugi thought so, still holding antimatter is pretty impressive all things considered..

Although at about 7:35 in that video Stitch starts his battle against Dark End, a non Jumba Experiment as strong, fast, durable, intelligent etc as him plus some other powers.

I have a question...have the space marines ever had to hit something that small, moving fairly fast, that is also going to be hopping form one to the other. I am seeing a lot of talk about explosives that send you to hell and such. Will they use those type of weapons when the target is basically clinging to the back of the man next to them.

If it means killing Stitch they'll probably detonate it, their not afraid to die. As for hitting Stitch, remember, these guys can hit supersonic bullets with their hands/swords, hell, a rookie Space Marine in Brother of the Snake novel reacts to hypersonic Dark Eldar projectiles.

But is that consistent or is it just author wank ?

I did post multiple feats from various 40k works of supersonic feats. The hyper sonic one though isn't a first. There's other works where SM dodge/react to lasguns.
