I'm fairly sure you were just thinking of the Commando armor. Phase 3 commando armor made them walking tanks. The T's wouldn't know what hit them. lol, thats why they aren't here. If I would have added them then the Ts would have gotten a few dozen T-Xs.

@shadow not 19 meters, feet, which is equivalent to 6 meters. - And the only third phase I could think of for main infantry would maybe be when they switched over to Storm Trooper armor but not sure if that really counts.

Sorry, brain laps on my part. yea, Stormtrooper armor is all I can think of for phase 3 infantry.

Yeah, the clones in ep III where phase three, the armor is very similar to stormtrooper.

Yeah, the clones in ep III where phase three, the armor is very similar to stormtrooper. This is the armor they used in EP III. Its Phase 2 armor Phase 2 armor came in a variety of specializations.

yeah Phase 2 was more customizable, and better suited for protecting humans and maneuverability. The later Stormtrooper armor improved that even further.

Ok, so....any thoughts on scuba troopers vs hydrobots (the under water portion of the match)

I'm not sure on that one, I think the Hydro troopers have a pretty good chance.

I'm not sure on that one, I think the Hydro troopers have a pretty good chance. Well, they are going to have to be damn good shots. The Hydos are basically living killer drills that move like Eels through the water. Hyros were designed to be able to chew threw damn near anything and are skynets primary way of dealing with threats in the water. Hydrobot drilling into mans mouth Here is a clip from Terminator salvation that shows Hydrobots in a river. Note:They are not going very fast here because they are in a rather shallow river, they have moved at greater speeds in the comics. They aren't the most durable machine out there {a few rounds form what looks like a 9mm can put won down, its just hitting them when they swarm, especially in deep water, that is difficult.

True but isn't shit like that literally what the hydrotroopers are like? Yea, the Scuba troopers are the same as standard infantry; however, they underwent modified training process to optimize them for underwater combat.(this next bit is strait form the wiki) Clone SCUBA troopers were issued specialized clone trooper armor, lighter in weight than the standard armor made up of a plastoid-alloy composite, which was worn by the Grand Army's ground infantry soldiers. These unique suits were outfitted with aquatic propulsion packs worn on the trooper's back,feet-worn fins, and maneuverability jets built into the armor's shin plates for increased agility while underwater. The SCUBA troopers' helmets possessed powerful lenses and sensors that allowed the wearer to pierce through potentially murky water and offered a clear image of underwater enemies, though the internal communications system amplified even the slightest breath for anyone on the frequency. The helmets also featured built in miniaturized oxygen scrubbers, able to extract viable air from the surrounding water once the wearer was submerged, though external oxygen tanks could also be attached. This effectively eliminated the need for the wearer to come to the surface for air, allowing SCUBA troopers to remain underwater for length periods of time. Though the SCUBA armor had been developed for, and was primarily used by clone SCUBA troopers, suits of the armor were also available to members of the Grand Army's special forces for use on aquatic missions, and the clone commandos of Delta Squad utilized the armor during their mission to Dorumaa in search of the rogue Kaminoan scientist Ko Sai. Additionally, clone SCUBA troopers were equipped with specialized blaster rifles, similar in design to the clone army's standard DC-15 blaster, that possessed a modified collimator barrel array, responsible for reducing the speed of blaster bolt diffuse in a water environment. SCUBA troopers were also issued explosive ordnance designed to capitalize on water's ability to transmit concussive shock. So yea, they seem to have the edge in gear, they just need to contend with what is basically a swarm of .....well...1,000 living drills shooting towards them like miniature tarpons

I saw that info, but still, then again the Clone armor might offer some resistance to one or two blows from the drones, and between blasters and explosives if the Scuba Troopers play strategically they can avoid too many casualties and take out large numbers of them

Underwater the Republic has the edge due to tech and training. Still, I would hate to be one of those scuba troopers, I mean, can you imagine 1,000 pairs of glowing red eyes speeding towards you in the darkness of deep water.
