Considering the Termies resemble the IG Magnaguards and similar droids that were able to keep fighting even after ridiculously heavy damage I don't think the Clones will have a problem with checking to make sure a target is perma down. True, but at the same time did any of those grenades have the kind of power a Thermal Det has? And yeah, that's the best I can think *shrugs* "True, but at the same time did any of those grenades have the kind of power a Thermal Det has?" I was talking about the concussion Grenades that you were talking about. They were in battlefront one. It was actually quite annoying, I would run out of emps and toss one of those by mistake. The things only stuck to turrents and vehicles, and when I would toss them at a cluster of droids nothing would happen despite a rather impressive explosion, as I said, more than likely a game mechanic.

No on that I was talking about what the humans had used against the terminators
the best I can think of was me agreeing that yeah the concussion grenades were nerfed by game mechanics

Ok, Ill make a short list of the things that go boom that the resistance has been known to use and get back to you .

Okay no rush, and really I've always wondered the yield of Thermal Dets, I know it's a big blast but...not compared to what and all.

Ok, well here is what I found that the resistance use so far:
M79 grenade launcher: fired 40x46mm rounds, including explosive, anti-personnel, smoke, buckshot, flechette, and illumination.
various underslung 40 mm & 30 mm grenade launchers: Explosive rounds
M-30 grenade launcher: 30 mm explosive rounds
M-32 grenade launcher (MGL (Multiple Grenade Launcher)):40 mm( 40×46mm grenade
/40×51mm grenade)rounds, six-shot revolver-type grenade launcher (variations also fire 37/38mm)
Various missile launchers
RPG-7
Termite Grenades: hand tossed.
various Frag grenades: Hand tossed
EMP grenades:hand tossed
I found mention of Plasma grenades, but they were only seen in a couple comics and were used by both sides. So I dont know if they count or not. Skynet tank/air units I found also have Plasma Missile as weapons.

Okay no rush, and really I've always wondered the yield of Thermal Dets, I know it's a big blast but...not compared to what and all. Ok, so the standard Thermal Detonator for Republic forces is the V-1 Thermal Detonator. It had a blast radius of somewhere around 6-meters. Baradium-core code key thermal detonators was the thermal detonator that they wore on their back, it had a 5 meter blast radius. I think that 19/20 meter blast radius you are thinking of is the Class A thermal Detonators. Those were extremely illegal used by criminal types, mercs, and bounty hunters.

That would be fair. Phase three may be too powerful for the T's.

Phase three may be too powerful for the T's. hey, umm I just did some digging to confirm what I was thinking.....Clones infantry only had two phases of armor before they made the switch to Stormtroopers. There were many veriations of phase 2 armor, but they are still listed as phase 2. The only clone armor I see that had three phases to it was the Katarn-class commando armor
