Well he did kind of set himself up for one spiteful son, he told them only one could be king the other would just sorta be there their whole lives...Frigga clearly gave Loki more love than Odin did..and Odin favored Thor..so he really brought it on himself. Thats how it goes. One kid is gonna be favored over the other.

I am not a purist, but the lack of Baldur might have had a reason in the MCU, but I just don't know what reason that would be, yet. Apart from discussions in regards to the Odinforce and things like that, at least.

@knuk true but still he could have maybe at least given Loki a principality or something...a conquered realm maybe, so he wouldn't just be sitting there while Thor runs Asgard. - Lady Ruliyadepends on how in depth he explained the weapons in the vault, if it was educationary maybe he would have done a brief overview.

Maybe. I doubt odin would tell children: "Here we have what may be the single most powerful artifact in the universe."

he was in a vault full of multiple single most powerful artifacts in the universe though...the Casket of Winters can freeze a planet, the Tesseract can destroy a planet and is what is powering the Bifrost now meaning it's an interstellar transport too (or was it in there at the time?) Mjolnir...well is one of the most powerful Asgardian weapons next to Gungir yeah that's the crown jewel of the ultimate weapons...why show someone one of the missiles in a nuclear storehouse and just let them see the dozens of bigger ones.

True, but the gauntlet allows you to warp anything and everything. You become the closest thing to the One-Above-All.

true, it's an equal to the tesseract or cosmic cube, in the comics at least. Both of them make you a roughly LT level entity. In the comics the Tesseract is something Thanos wanted because after he failed to get the gauntlet and it was rehidden it was the next best thing. He recently tried again to get a tesseract since the Infinity Gems destruction and succeeded. When he did the first thing Reed Richards did was grab the fucking Ultimate Nullifier.

He didn't use it Tony made a deal with the Collector, he takes Thanos and the earth made cube off their hands and he gets..something from Earth. But Thanos got out anyway because fuck cosmics. Honestly he might get the gem from the Collector in the movies by bitch smacking him.

Most likely. I just don't want to see the ultimate nullifier.

Sony/Fox whoever has the rights would have to give them back to Marvel...unless your one of the people on Factpile who think those films are part of the MCU and their profits count towards the MCU films

I hope one day all the marvel movies will be in the same universe.
The old republic trailers are some of the best i've ever seen.

agreed, and seriously, if you put that narration over a trailer showing the Dark Elves attacking Asgard the whole thing would still work..just would need to change the two times it says republic for nine realms, or Asgard.
