Brunwulf
The group made their way to Whiterun, the sun dipping down below the horizon by the time Brunwulf and Coris spotted the city. "So.....," Brunwulf said trying to be casual as he glanced over his shoulder at Coris, he had spent the last few hours trying to think of the right wording for his question, "What...um...do you plan on doing with that corps and our sleeping friend? Because I doubt the city guard will let you waltz through the front gates with them.....not with out asking many questions. "

Crius
Crius was prepared to speak the moment Brunwulf's question finished. "There's a magical energy anomaly that is occurring in this Orcs head not common among Orcs and I must properly study it thoroughly to understand what is going on. As for the Khajit I must have a living witness to tell me where this Orc came from."

Brunwulf
"Ah," he said shaking his head, magic was beyond him. Like many nords he preferred crushing a mans head with a war hammer or splitting him into with a great sword; though he had enough experience serving with mages to know they make good allies in a pinch.....but he never pretended to understand how their magics worked, he douted he could even if they tried explaining it. "Still, it would be best to cover the body at least....people might not be so keen on their children seeing it."

Crius
Crius shrugged at the notion for children's mental welfare, truthfully not his problem. "I'd love to hide the truth from children with non-existent means to cover their bodies. If you'd like I'll be more than happy to head for a hidden location and commence my study there." Quite frankly this option would be a win-win for him. Not only to feed, but to begin phase one.

Brunwul
Brunwulf shook his head, something in Coris's voice was off...it was slight...he chose to ignore it for now. "Not necessary," he said, trudging on, "the kids should be off the streets by this time of night anyway and I'm sure the castle mage will let you use his facilities if you ask nicely.......besides, you have all the loot remember."

Crius
Crius mentally patted himself on the back, he wasn't exactly the most persuasive breton. "If you insist, Brunwulf." With that he continued his trek alongside Brunwulf, his skeletons quietly rattling as they walked behind him.

Brunwulf
The low hum of crickets filled the cool whiterun planes with a pulse of life. A soft gust rustled Brubwulf's hair as he crossed the Whiterun draw bridge his mind pulled out an old memory of the battle so many years ago. Archers raining arrows from the battlements, men crushed beneath flaming rocks launched from stormcloak catapults. He shook himself back to the present when he realized he had stopped dead in his tracks and Coris was eyeing him curiously. " Old memories....bad times." He said, turning back around he continued on towards the city gate. A guard was propped against the wall, arms folded across his chest. 'Sleeping' Brunwulf noted, judging by the way his helmet's chin rested on his chest, a wicked grin crossed his face. "DRAGON!" he bellowed, keeping well out of weapons reach just in case. The man jerked awake, springing forward, his hand mid sword draw as his feet slammed into each other. The man collapsed to the ground in a heap. Brunwulf roared with laughter and snickering echoed down from the battlements. "Brunwulf you bastard!" The guard spat, picking himself up from the dirt in a huff . "I should lock you up for disturbing the peace."
"That's the warmest welcome I've gotten since coming home ." He said light heartedly, "How's the knee Jorald? " "Better than you Brun, you loose an argument with a Frost Troll?" "Not quite." He said , hint of exhaustion in his voice, "listen, I know its late but do you mind , waking one of the healers at the temple and sending them over to my cousin's house? Me and my friend are bunking there for a few days....and don't mind the skeletons or their cargo...Coris is a mage and needs them for some experiment."
"Whatever you say Brun, my shift is over anyway so I don't minds helping.......welcome home" The guard turned and opened the .large gate, Brunwulf and his pup started towards them.

Crius
Ah Whiterun, such memories: The chance meeting with an Empress, that faithful choice to 'help' her, the battle for Whiterun he assisted with his spells from behind enemy lines. Truly an excellent choice on his part if he ever thought so. As Brunwulf was allowed entrance he quietly followed suit into the city, his skeletons walking in sync with his own.

Solmundr
The smoke obscured much of his surroundings, fumes intoxicating his lungs, the yelling and screaming of panicked farmers all around. Even though he could not see them, he knew who they were, a sense of familiarity. There were others there as well, outsiders. The thought caused a surge of anger to suddenly rise within him, yet he did not know why. Why was he here? What was he doing? The village around him was burning, but he didn't move a muscle. He couldn't move. Why? Why?? WHY!?
A pair of hands reached out from the smoke and clasped his face. He stared wide eyed at the smoke where the rest of the person was supposed to be. As the smoke parted, a ping of regret resonated in his chest. He couldn't see her face but he felt the sorrow and guilt emanating from her. Who was she? he thought but could not audibly ask. It was as if his mouth had been sewn shut. He felt he was being pulled away as darkness set in. Darkness and then light. His eyes snapped open, for a moment confused, then realization set in. *tick* *tick* *tick* He placed his hand on his chest. Just like flesh and blood. "Yes, this is real" he thought, "And that was just a dream, nothing more." he solemnly said aloud to no one.
He rose slowly, his body still covered in burns. It was time to heal and then move on. He noticed a hare was hopping about a dozen paces from him. "Where should I go?" he asked it curiously. "Certainly not south, though I'm not really fancying the east either. They'll soon be swarming with Dwemer machines." he paused, waiting for the small mammal to respond. "Perhaps north, where there will fewer peons to bother me." He gave it a serious look, "I just need some time to think, clear up the old noggin you see?" he knocked on his head. The hare paid no attention and went on it's way. "North it is."

Jun drank from a stream that ran through town. 'Dragons reach'. Jun mused. "How the smug Numinex has fallen'. "Nothing but bones". He said aloud & spat on the ground. "Bastard". His appearance earned him shifty looks but no one approached him. He simply listened to the towns chatter until he heard something interesting. Not far in a place called Solitude, a gathering of some kind is rumored to be occurring soon. There was one problem.
"What is solitude"? Jun was not familiar with that place. He decided to look for someone would could show him the way

Capital. Jun recognized that word. 'Seat of power'. He followed the man. "Down for night"?

Brunwulf
The three made their way through the darkened streets of White Run back towards the main gates. With his good hand Brunwulf knocked on the door of Warmaidens. The door creaked open, a sleepy eyed woman peeked out of the crack. "Stores closed, come back tomorrow." She groaned and began closing the door. Brunwulf stuck a hand out and stopped it before it shut, "Would you make an exception for family?" he said heartily. The door jerked open, her sleepy eyes opened wide, "Brun!" Adrianne exclaimed, wrapping him in a hug, "what happened to you, you look terrible."
"Its a long story, where's Ulfberth?"
"Out of town" she said stepping back, giving a look to Brunwulf's companions, "He should be back by tomorrow though."
"Good, it'll be good to see him again." He sighed, "Do you mind if me and my friends stay for the evening?"
"not at all, please come in."
The three moved into the building, making them selves at home in the darkened store.

Jun stood near the door, arms folded. Every so often making subtle head movements. As if he was keeping tabs on the outside.

Crius
Crius paused outside Warmaidens as he still had business to attend to. "Brunwulf keep Jun here and rest for the night. I have business in Dragonsreach with the Jarl that takes precedence over rest." With that he turned to pathway and continued his walk upwards. That was a partial lie, he was heading towards Jorrvaskr. It was the ideal location for him.
