Not necessarily. Otherwise they'd be no Grey Wardens.

It seemed that way in Origins. Unless it's explained further in Awakening and 2 (which I have still yet to play). Though if you could maybe enlighten me as to what else is required? Other than, I'm guessing a strong and resilient spirit.

Lady Ruliya-> Duncan and Riordan both mention there's Archdemon blood in the mixture and Duncan also says "have the mages prepare it" implying there's something else to do with the stuff before it can be used to make GWs. And then ofc those who drink also have to survive. The 2 big reasons why GWs are better at beating Blights than normal people are 1) being able to perma-kill Archdemons, and 2) not dying when in contact with darkspawn blood or the taint

Are there any beings in DA that are not affected by the blight?

Aside from GWs (kinda, they're "immune" because they already have it) no I don't think so, Flemeth says even her would be "swallowed up" by the Blight eventually

So it's down to how powerful it is I guess, and if it would actually affect things under Sauron's corruption, or if Sauron's corruption would corrupt, even the Blight.

Well unless she's some kind of Lesser God, like an Ishtari... Because Saruman was corrupted Sauron.

Fan theories mostly think she's an Old God, which I guess she could be. Morrigan warns that she isn't a blood mage nor an abomination nor even human at all and that she poses a severe threat to the world

Yet, you kick her ass in Dragon form pretty easily.

(suggested by shadowknight ) From Moria (or Khazad-dûm) ,The Dwarven underground city beneath the Misty Mountains, the Darkspawn emerge. The horde has massed in force and an Arch-Demon is in control. Will Middle-Earth come together to defeat the blight? Will they figure out how to slay the Arch-Demon in time? Or will Middle-Earth be swallowed up by the blight?

Some info on the darkspawn
dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Darkspawn#Background
There is a large section that talks about the Taint and what it does to things that it effects (corrupting the land and what not) From what I've seen it seems to...radiate from the darkspawn though getting splashed in their blood is the quickest way to get affected.
also, the joining ritual......so yea, Middle earth can't make gray wardens after all.
dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Joining
" the recruits drink from a silver chalice containing a mixture of darkspawn blood, lyrium, and a drop of blood from an archdemon."
