What would happen if they engaged in CQC. Who would have the advantage there(in terms of Strength, speed, RT, Ect....)

So, all of that combined would give her ........12,890 Energy Max, before she needs to get more.

@shadow That's getting into areas where Metroid canon can be a little wonky. If you went by one source, the planet Samus was raised on had a gravity of over 800 Earths. Just being able to move under that kind of gravity without having her body collapse combined with what we know her body to look like, means her muscle and bone would have to be hilariously brokenly dense. If we went by those numbers, she'd tear the Marines apart like paper with her unarmored hands. The suit makes her even stronger.

More reasonably though, is that getting into close range opens them up to Power Bombs and Screw Attacks.

Samus can change course during shinespark, which has been calc'd as in-between mach 1 & 2 but the calc is based on distance/time on screen, which imo is shoddy, the perspective could be slowed for gameplay reasons and Samus herself could perceive it as slow enough to react to. So low-to-mid supersonic as low-ball estimation.
Strength-wise the lowest one can put her is being able to pull up and make her body fly several meters up with only one arm, even in armor, which is blatantly superhuman. And there's the 8/960 G thing which makes her physical goddess level if included.
In terms of durability, in zero mission her ship crashes and explodes with ZSS in it and she is unarmed.

Ok, so she should be more than capable of taring them up in CQC. How well can her armor/shielding stand up to 40K weapons? How well will 40K armor stand up to Samus's arsenal.

With the Gravity Suit, lava and acids are pretty much harmless, especially since she has unrestricted mobility in water or lava. The kinetic impact of bolters will probably do some damage, as would Meltas, Lascannons and the more powerful plasma guns. Power weapons would definitely do some pretty good damage too.
Phazon weapons would be devastating, as would the rest of Samus' uber endgame weapons. Another lesser set of weapons that would be very effective are the Nova Beam, and the Wave Beam, both of which can phase through walls and solid layers. The Nova Beam in particular is used in conjunction with the X-Ray Visor to determine weakpoints under armor that should be hit. This means Samus can essentially snipe the Space Marine's various organs. The Screw Attack will oneshot most enemies, and would do some considerable damage. Powerbombs have a yield of some tons of TNT and can vaporize an entire room of enemies.

In-game durability is solely based on energy shielding and there's no fluff on weapon outputs nor any indication of what the power suit is made of and how protective it is. I'd assume it's more durable than the ZS though, for obvious reasons.
But plasma/laser weapons in 40K are considered very effective and Space Pirate laser weapons don't do much to her shields.
Also I'd consider her endurance practically limitless since she never rests during missions.

Nothing short of spammed Missile Launchers and Plasma guns are even going to do any significant damage to her shields, assuming they can even land a hit with how crazy fast Samus is. Here's some stuff on Space Marine armor durability.
SM taking a plasma blast to the abdomen.

Samus does have a plasma beam, but like Mugi just said, quantifying Metroid weapons are hard.

Only calcs I can recall is power bombs being like 8-9 tons of TNT and the Wave Beam being several terawatts.
