He wasn't doing that bad but he also didn't damage her whatsoever. A testament to the T-X's durability.....of course she really didn't damage him (head stomp aside) the only visible damage he took was to his skin covering, She would of had the same skin damage, except she is covered in the liquid metal so her skin is always perfect.

My view of the fight is that he was just trying to hold her back to give John and Kate time. He also admitted himself that he has little to no chance of defeating the T-X so imo it's unlikely he was actively trying to "kill" her.

Yea, I also get that impression, I also get the feeling that she was just toying with him on top of that.

So in this match I'd say the Terminator is "The Brute", Master Chief is the nimble one and Robocop is a brute type who's flimsier than the nimble one.

I can agree with that.

So we just have to decide whether MC's agility, mobility, tactics and stuff can overcome the T-850's raw strength and sheer durability.

Game mechanics aside, Human bullets didn't really do much other than chip at his shields. It was only 50. Caliber rounds that were of any danger. Not to mention the rounds are 26th century. I doubt 21st century round aside from 50. cal are of any danger. The Explosives though are universal. Chief did however ever so slightly deflected an anti-tank missile from an aircraft and survived the explosion.

MC is basically going to be attempting to out think a Mini super computer that can think, learn, and adapt at an incredible rate.

We never saw a Terminator get shot with anti-material weapons unfortunately. T-X did shrug off a pretty point-blank RPG though.

How hard would a punch from MC going 60 mph be?

Quick guess, a few tons of forces if you mean his fist is going at that speed. If you mean a 60 mph running punch, could be a bit over 10 even.

Wonder what kind of damage that would do to the T....

If you mean a 60 mph running punch, could be a bit over 10 even. if that blast door the T-850 held open was a standard one for that type of structure, then It weighed around 25-tons, not counting the hydraulics attempting to force it close.

I say that because I think the Crystal Peak Nuclear bunker from the movie was made similar to the Cheyenne Mountain Nuclear bunker from real life. And the Cheyenne Bunkers blast doors weigh around 25-tons.

@shadow was the T-850's chassis destroyed by that? I can't remember.
