Exoba:
As the voice beckoned them to the next room Exoba felt the voice was ancient extremely so far older then his father. That was disturbing since so few entities could be that old unless they were an evil locked away since the dawn of time...Oh well it's about time that he was recognized for his greatness. "Alright you two it's alright to rise. This time please do keep quiet in fact don't speak unless spoken to for all this entity could care for is that you two are my servants." With the two now standing he proceeded to the Fog Wall and walked forward with the two mongrels behind him. What they walked into was...an armory?
"Ah yes...you see i'm not quite fond of a naked mortal simply desecrating this temple simply due to the fact that he's...naked. Well now get going pick up a set of armor and don some armor you fool!" At that last sentenced Exoba and anima chuckled though anima's was inside exoba's head. " Heh it seems this entity has the decency to give you some armor mongrel..well go pick a set and be done with it. Though i suggest not taking anymore then some armor. a sword, and a shield if you would like. You brute...Seeing that your armed can just go slink into the corner and wait for this mongrel to be armored up." All the while waving the 'Shoo' motion in his direction

Sir. Galen Farrel/Alpha:
Galen grumbled to himself as he walked forward, he hated having to pretend to serve Exoba. 'Was he always like this ?' he thought, something in him figured the answer was yes. It didn't take him long to find set of armor that looked big enough, slipping it on it seemed to shift, re-sizing itself to fit him perfectly.
"Now for a weapon, he looked again...something caught his eye,, a pare of gauntlets, each one with a set of wicked looking twin blades that extended a foot and a half forward.
"These will do." He said as he slipped them on.
He returned to the others clad in Plate mail as black as the void, no light reflected off of it, the twin blades on each gauntlet were slid up into the sheathed position. A large black shield clasp in one hand, a dark steel sword sheathed on his hip.
"Lets get this over with, he said through the vent holes full head helmet.

Exoba:
Exoba looked at the suit of armor and the mongrel's new weapon's. Exoba approached the newly suited up mongrel and inspected the armor from all angles and the weapons he picked up as well. Exoba backed off and gave the mongrel his honest opinion. "You picked a good set......Galen..That's ancient Dark Beast Heavy Plate armor made of Black Steel the toughest stuff right under the stuff used to make Iron Golems. No mundane weapon could possibly harm you...I approve greatly. The fact that you wear it with ease impresses me more..consider this as my way of..complimenting your prowess in identifying truly good armor." To solidify the compliment he raised his thumb up with some enthusiasm after all it's not everyday that you meet such keen eyes and right under your own nose!

Elric sighed and he began to look through the racks of weapons. Taking up a great-axe in his hands, he felt the blade and the haft as if it were an familiar weapon he'd had for years. This was a good weapon, strong, easy to handle, and even though most normal humans would need to use it two-handed he could use it as simply as if it were a throwing axe. He stored it in his bundle of weapons as well as two others...
No one would miss it, right?
"Exoba." He grunted, "you owe us an explination. Why did you bring us here? What was that voice?"

Exoba
Exoba looked to the giant mongrel his slight jolly mood fell. "Well the first reason was because MY goal was to return stronger then my father and take the throne. so I consider this Temple an Excellent start for my rise to power. Second the Voice? Your guess is as good as mine...I take that back I value your's as much as I value...rocks." With that statement he turned to the Fog Door that appeared at the same place that they just entered. "Well enough talk onward to out good host." With that he walked through the fog door to a room full of. "By the Old Dark Ones!" The room was Massive" The room was large more so then the room with the Black Iron Golems inside. He looked up seeing that..he couldn't see the top. their also seemed to be stairs...more specifically a winding staircase. A very Large and wide stairs that could fit an army marching up and down with ease and more room to fill. Exoba gazed on as the other two walked and gazed at such a large..building. "Marvelous isn't it? His majesty truly was great. I see that you've arrived young Darkbeast. Also Half-giant seeing that you've decided to 'reward yourself' i'v taken the measure to 'Liberate' those weapons that you took from the armory back to their rightful place. But enough of your thievery come let me get a closer look at you young one." Exoba heard the voice never noticing the giant steal from the armory. All the while the giant silently grumbled at that and Exoba turned to.."A well?" With curiosity he approached the well gazed into it...only for a large orange reptilian eye to look back. "AH!" Exoba screamed in shock and he backed up landing on his ass as the entity finally revealed itself to him and his vassals. He seemed to be filled with shock and awe all day hasn't he? Well once the entity revealed himself to be a large black...snake with large orange serpentine eyes, giant horse like teeth,a nose, and......some kind of mustache made of flesh.
Though this entity was extremely disgusting by and normal humans standards Exoba knew this being from myths and legends saying that they were long dead....this was a...a..."Primordial Serpent....An Old Dark One..." the Primordial Serpent grinned. "Ah so you DO know of my kind..good..good that means less time explainin-YOU! Yes you the Half-giant! Stop that!" Exoba turned to the half-giant confused at what he was doing. "I already don't like you as it is. That's dumb! Your Dumb! Silly human your gods have no power here!" As this was happening Exoba turned to the Old Dark One. "So Dark one..what purpose have you been forced to remain in this complex?" The serpent turned to him once more clicking it's teeth in pondering. "Simple young one I've been waiting."
"Waiting? Waiting on what..or who?" The serpent's grin seemed to grow even larger. "The Successor of Course...Allow me to explain my name is Dark Harbinger Azathoth...and i'm here to await the new Dark Overlord."

Sir. Galen Farrel/Alpha:
Galen had taken the compliment Exoba had given him, though he found it odd.....it felt as if it were the first time he had been given a compliment by Exoba.....even with his memory gaps. He had noticed the Giant riffling through the weapons out the corner of his eye but thought nothing of it as he fallowed Exoba out the room.
'I hate this.' a voice in his head grumbled, Galen's smile was hidden behind his face plate.
'What?' he asked in a mocking tone, 'Loosing control?...........or the armor?'
'Don't test me morsel,' it growled back, 'I could take control back at anytime.'
'Spare my your petty threats Beast!'
The monster remained silent after that; however, Galen could feel its discomfort, he knew it longed for the freedom it once had....even if it was stuck in human form, the armor just made it feel claustrophobic.
They entered into a larger room.....a much much larger room, even with his enhanced night vision...he couldn't see past the vale of darkness that seemed to stretch on forever above them. Both he and the Beast were in agreement about this........this room made both of them nervous, and that Put Galen on edge, he grumbled to himself about not being able to hear anyone else in the room, though he felt eyes on them.
Suddenly a monstrous abomination descended from a stare case, a giant serpent which spoke in the same voice they had heard since they entered the temple. Galen stood back, allowing the Wolf just enough freedom to put his senses on hyper alertness, he put his back against a wall and slid his hand to his newly acquired blade.....watching the room for any....nastier surprises.
His highly sensitive hearing picked up the Giant start his prayer, the abomination heard it as well because he called him out on it, as well as his apparent theft of weapons from the armory.
'Well, Looks like Exoba is going to be doing the talking, Just got to keep my eyes open until we get out of here.'

Out of the armory he came and took a quick look around the area. It was definitely dark, strangely enough darker than before. An unnatural darkness that made him shift uncomfortably in his armor. This place did not feel good, nor did he want to stay here long.
Then the... THING appeared.
The giant was repulsed by the creature in front of it, the sick flesh tones and the wrinkled skin with huge bugging out eyes and an overbite that could crack stone with a single chomp most likely. The nose and flappy pieces of skin funnily enough acting like facial hair were disgusting and horrendous. The creature was not of this world, and nor could it be anything less than evil. He could feel it. He began to utter words of prayer against this monster.
Banish evil from thy sight... and give me untold might... to...
"YOU! Yes you the Half-giant! Stop that!"
Elric halted in his prayer, interrupted suddenly by the creatures annoying voice. He grunted, flexing his hand... he itched to draw his blade, but then the Exoba one would retaliate, and then likely the Demon as well considering their apparent, but loose, friendship. So the behemoth stood quietly, crossing his arms impatiently.

Vokun-Dovah nods. "We must move forward, we're late to the tower".

Princess Karliah of Lebrith:
Wind whipped through her hair as Karliah and Needlefang glided through the air. They had fallen far behind the others as she tended her wounds and those of her mount.
"I do hope the tower still stands by the time we reach it." she said to herself as she passed through a cloud. Distant fires could be seen on the horizon in various directions. So much had happened in such a short amount of time and it felt like they were getting no closer to their destination.

Lymecia looked upon the ruins of her old home. The grand fourth tower, Asha'Naran, home of the once proud Blood Elves. They still had villages and towns about the place, but when the captial fell to the darkness, it didn't take long for the surrounding places to fall. She scoffed at the destruction. The tower had still held much potential to her. But, if she was careful, it might yet still give up its secrets.
She entered the field of ruins. The place was littered with debris from buildings, from peoples belongings, from all sorts, but no bodies. Guess the darkness looted them for whatever nefarious purposes, it didn't matter to her. What mattered is that they were gone.
Or mostly gone, she could feel stragglers in the area, though it was highly doubtful that they'd actually detect her. She was working some powerful camouflage spells, so she could slip through unnoticed. It didn't take her long to navigate the mess. As she closed in to what would have been the centre of the tower, she could feel a powerful magic aura, so powerful in fact that she could smell it.
She used her magic to clear a path as there seemed to be a immense amount of rubble surrounding the aura. She lifted the big pieces and small alike with levitation spells. Soon, she spied the the thing that was emanating the powerful aura.
The famed Gem of Krolan, supposedly lost centuries ago when the Blood Elves tried to overthrow Halishak. The whole thing cost the Blood Elves dearly, but it seems like they won a prize nonetheless. A prize Lymecia would now take for her own. Such power was held within this gem. Such hidden and forbidden power. She would use it to become unstoppable, the darkness would rue the day they sought to kill her and her people.
She began using her magics to absorb the gems power, such raw power, and so much. But something was wrong, there was too much power, it was... was it trying to absorb her? No, this was bad, this was very bad, she needed to stop the power transfer, stop it absorbing her power. She had only one thing she could do, she could cause a power surge, it'd likely destroy the gem and her too, plus who knows how much land, but she had to stop it somehow. She counted to Three.
One.
Two.
Three... She caused the surge, and then everything went black.

As Azathoth felt the magical wave wash over the continent he merely sighed. "It seems that we have an issue at hand.....Brace yourself my boy for we're about to get hit....Oh and whatever you do...don't blink." He slithered back into his hole as he teleported the Werewolf and the Half-Giant outside of the temple as it soon was covered in markings holding ancient power. As Exoba felt the temple stir slightly he had only one thought. 'Well it seems the game has upped the ante....Hey where'd they go?' He looked around for his companions never noticing the Harbinger's actions. Effectively the Temple sealed itself up tight. The overlapping barrier that protected it from the blast that is inevitably incoming.

The pulse washed over the continent, crossing the sea & coalescing around the planet. For a moment, after thousands upon thousands of years, Primal Magic existed once more. The effect was subtle as it was drastic, something the group would soon learn. The magic that burst forth would be missed by most but a few would notice the power that once ran the world...& its presence awakened a few things.

The torrent of ancient power washed over the lands where creatures of old had swept, reaching even the soil's depths. As it pulsed through the Underground Temple, all the magics of ages past weaved into the earth and the stone were undone. Many were long made obsolete blessings for men whose lines were now dust, more still however, were bindings that had stood unblemished as kingdoms rose and fell, wards for the outside against what lay within their constraints. Seals that were now broken, freeing their ancestral prisoner
Her faint silver eyes blinked open, unfrozen after so long she stumbled momentarily amongst the remains of the warriors who fought her to the end. Until moments ago they were as they died, pristine corpses, some even stopped mid-fall by the spells but all had crumbled to dust almost immediately, some took slightly longer as they still drew breath when the enchantments took effect. She, on the other hand, was a pure noble blooded Echidnean, and thus immune to the ravages of Time. The Thirst though was not so kind
She retracted the twin claws of her gauntlet and sheathed her dagger, her longsword remained unseen however, surely it was taken away she though, as her Black Heart had been. They would be recovered eventually. For now all that imported her was blood, her guts twisted unto themselves as the Thirst caught up with her. In all haste she rushed outside and scurried for a meal, which she found in a somewhat nearby village. Before sunrise the place was a ghost town, not one soul had been spared, not even a single head of cattle. She closeted herself in the townhall to feed on bone marrow of those she hadn't got to before the light came up

Vokun felt lightheaded as a wave of power passed him & his group. The wave filled him with a power he didn't know but one his dragon knew intimately. When he looked up to clear his senses he was on the ground. A few miles away from where they met Neroth. A location they passed two weeks ago. "What in the...."

Sir. Galen Farrel/Alpha:
Galen woke alone on a grassy hill top.....his head was heavy.....his mind burned like fire. 'Wha----' Pain shot through his body, it felt like something was trying to claw its way out of him. His scream shattered the quiet landscape......the last he saw was a dark orange sun setting on the horizon......then he was gone...something else took his place.
