Vras Ari
She was resting, leaned against a slanted wall in the tunnels beneath the streets, half napping, when she heard heavy thumps and muted metallic echoes, accompanied by frustrated complaints. Human soldiers looking for her, according to their chatter they had to be told to look underground for a dark elf, had mankind no pride in its warrior class ?
Either way she deduced their purpose and left the tunnels unnoticed, soon picking up the prince's trail as he made his way from the high-town tavern to the meeting chamber of the castle and shadowed him all the way to his destination.

Luna
After catching her breath from the battle she finally stood on her own, the soldier having dismissed himself as he knew she could finally stand on her own. Alex's arms were now crossed as if he waited for a response from his 'captive' audience. Instead, he continued on with his speech with no care to her opinion. "You fought like a killing machine, my dear. I, like everyone else I believe, assumed you weren't capable of such cold-blooded fighting. Not only that but you mixed it with your strategic mind, clearly aware of the risks you put yourself in to keep others alive. Now if only you could keep the entire army alive." He chuckled as he unclipped Majestic from his belt, handing the fanciful sword back to its owner, along with the ceremonial dagger. "Careful you don't lose yourself in that bloodlust Sylvaire. I'd hate to see a beautiful woman like yourself turn into a hag who thrives off combat." He placed his hands behind him and walked off leaving Luna to contemplate how she behaved the last few hours.
He was right. She had succumbed to the bloodlust when she settled into her hand-to-hand training to fight off several of the Shadow Army's forces. She barely even used her magic during the battle, but she knew she couldn't become exhausted like Lilliana. She was more than just a mage with untapped power. 'Curse him. He thinks he can poison my Father and then lecture me on bloodlust? He's lucky I don't encase him in ice.' She pulled Majestic from its sheath to see it covered in blood. Red blood to be precise. 'That's...' She quickly wiped off the blood with a white cloth from the medical tent, discarding the rag instantly. She had to grab something from the battlefield. She waded through the sea of corpses as she searched for the item she was curious about. 'There.' She picked up the staff of the Gin she had hit early in the battle. She took a quick look at it before carefully removing the hand that was still attached to it. It was going to need a good cleaning, but this was an artifact she had yet to study. She was sure that the lack of mages meant that most of the people would look at the staff and believe it to be just another staff. If she could use this to cast a different form of magic, or even amplify her own, it would not be put to waste.
For the next few hours, Luna spent her time cleaning and trying to uncover the staff's possible secrets. She could cast her own magic with it, in fact, she could cast her magic without speaking the words, but that was all. No amplification of her magic. No Shadow magic or anything evil-like. She was mildly disappointed at the results. She liked casting her magic the traditional way yet when she bought new robes, more fitting for her profession and lifestyle she bought a sheath from the leatherworker to place her new weapon on her back. It would take time adjusting to the long rod that now laid across her back, it especially had weight to it due to the orb. That's when she was approached by the Prince's guards.
"Ma'am, the Prince has requested your presence immediately."
"I have yet to acquire a few items. The Prince can wait."
The guards looked at each other before one of them grabbed her by the wrist. Her open hand grabbed his forearm, applying a small amount of pressure as the armaments her wore on his arm began to slowly freeze over.
"If it's so important that you needlessly risk your life with a mage, then I will go with you. Never touch me again."
She shot daggers with her eyes at the guard the entire way over.

Vokun
The Prince grimaced as he dabbed blood from his eye. "Fucking hell, why must it hurt so bad"! Vokun sat across from him cleaning his nails with his canines. "Touched by Infernal". Garrett pulled the rag away, noting how red it was. "This was white lace at one point". "Where's my fucking company"! He threw a chair past Vokun. The boy didn't budge as the chair flew past his face. "Raaagggh & the fucking rage"! "Godsdamned, how do you live like this"?!
Vokun picked the chair up & sits in it. "Have learned, you learn, need pit". He says calmly. "How eye"? The prince sighed as another tear of blood leaves his eye. "Beyond the pain"? "Everything seems slowed & rapid in the same instance". Vokun throws a small knife at him as he finishes the sentence. The Prince moves his head ever so slightly letting the blade fly a touch from his face. Then collapses as his eye bleeds again. "You fucking.....WHY"?! Vokun looks at him curiously. "Lightning Sight rare, wanted test it".
"Fucking Imp...go find out whats going on with the godsdamned company". Vokun hops out of his seat & pops his head out of the chamber door. "Prince wants know where Ragnarok". The guard looked down at the boy. "Um, i don't honestly know whats taking them". Vokun nodded at him. "May want find out". A loud smash against the wall makes the guard jump. "May want hurry".

Galen
Galen strolled along the street, a slight wobble to his step, as he kept a few paces ahead of the others as they made their way towards the Palace. He was lost in thought, humming a tune to a half forgotten song he had learned years ago.
His eyes squinted a bit against the sun as he spotted a dark bird flying overhead. 'Something about that....' His attention was broken by a guard who rounded the corner ahead of them.
"His lordship requests...oh." He stopped as he noticed the other guards bringing up the rear of the trio.
"Tell his Princeyness to keep his golden braies on we're on the way." Galen grunted, a slight slur to his speech. The guard looked cross for a moment before looking to the other two guards who shook their heads.
"Please make it quick," the guard said, looking from Galen to his two companions and back again, "he is getting rather impatient and it is unwise to make him wait."
"You heard the man." Galen slured sarcastically, "Liliii, Beeen, lets get movin."
He shouldered past the man, the hum returning to him as he continued on his way.

Ben made a display of moving in a nonsensical pattern even so to walk in a circle for a moment or so as he followed 'dutifully' after Galen.

Liliana whined the entire way as she dashed after him like she were making sure a small puppy wouldn't chew or pee on everything, complaining at him for his wild and strange movements. Every time just making sure that he wouldn't fall somehow and ruin their trek back towards the Prince. "Ben! Walk straight I know you can you couldn't have had that much!" She said towards him, grasping his sleeve and trying to guide him the right way. "We cant look bad for the prince!"
She grasped onto his tunic and tried her best to drag him along and keep him upright, if she had any of her ability to do magic right now she'd just make him move straight on her own with a little tune but she was still exhausted right now and wanted to save her strength just in case there was something that the prince needed to have done immediately. She wouldn't be at full strength like last time, but she'd still try her best to help.
It wasn't too long until they had approached the castle, the singular guard in front leading the way through the strange maze-like hallways that she couldn't really understand very well her first time through. It made her head spin just trying to make a mental map of the inside of this place. She was too tired for this, why did they need them now?
The sound of a loud crash made Liliana jump in place for a moment, her sensitive ears catching the sound echoing down the halls and the guard in front of them stopped for a moment himself, whether in shock or as a safety precaution she had no idea but the tall, lanky man in Lebrith colors turned back to look to the tipsy group behind him and let out a slow, long sigh. "Alright, just one moment and I'll announce your arrival. Please wait here, the Prince is... not feeling himself." he explained in his light-hearted and kind voice that made Lili smile.
When he left Liliana glanced back and forth to Galen and Ben. "Ok, just, try to pretend your sober if you can. We don't want to make the Prince mad if we can." She tried to explain as she tried to control Ben's erratic movements. "I know we didn't think we'd be called back so soon but we have to keep making a good impression!"
The lanky guard wandered back and raised his brow as he peered around the corner at the group. "The Prince awaits you."
"Thank you, Sir!" Liliana nervously laughed as she attempted to gather Ben and push him forwards towards the Prince's room as best she could. Which took all of her effort in doing so. "please don't make this weird..."

Ben's smile became downright sinister..well about as sinister as he could try to be "I promise nothing." With that they entered the room and saw the absolutely fuming prince. He gave a lop-sided bow followed up with an exaggerated salute "Your royal highniness! We three of the Ragnarok Company, have arrived as per your oh-so royal summons."

Galen
Galen propped against Ben for balance and mimicked Ben's salute.
"Willing and able Sir." He said with a slured laugh. "Just point us at the next thing that needs its add kicked." His grin widened as his voice dropped to a near whisper, "I'll buy some specccial boots just for the ocassion."

Luna
The walk to the palace was quiet, a few commoners looking concerned at the guard with a frozen forearm. She didn't mind the people of Lebrith, but she wasn't a fan of being stared at like some sort of freak. Not only was she a mage but a disgraced noble as well, which made the attention on her greater than she'd like. When the three were nearing the palace, Luna walked in front of the two, waving a hand at them as she began to distance herself from the guards. "I know the way."
She could hear a crash echo through the palace, however it was faint. Luna assumed it was an angered Prince considering how rudely she was taken away from her shopping of materials. She began to put on her black gloves as she quietly entered the room behind the others. She quickly tested her hands against the wall behind her to ensure the gloves would do the job she needed them to. When she placed her hands on the wall for a few moments and nothing happened, she gave a sigh of relief and turned to the Prince, who looked to be pissed and in pain. She noted the stress on one of his eyes and gave the sigh one would receive from an elder. "Of course you decided to deal in magic you don't understand."
Before the Prince could respond, she turned her attention to Galen and Ben. "How typical. I would take those stupifying ridiculous grins off your faces. You'll look more approachable."

The assassin was laying on a high beam, eyes closed and listening to the castle. The Bard and the two mercenaries had arrived, the latters drunk judging by their ueven gait and clumsy steps, clumsier than usual. They were soon followed by the ice mage, who berated them for their liquor induced stupor and lack of grace. How quaint humans could be, imagining themselves graceful. A little while later the skessa arrived, dressed for war as always, and inquired the prince about the purpose of his summons.

Vokun
Prince Garrett struggled to breath evenly & hold the rage back. After another goblet of spirits he managed to al least put on his normal demeanor just as the others began to trickle in. "As they say in Raven's Reach, no rest for the wicked". He began. "Lebrinth has been saved in no small part to those present in this room & the one outside of it". "But now we are presented with a new issue, we are undermanned". The sight of the giggling drunks made blood boil but he takes another swig to calm himself. "So, at the behest of the king, we are to ride out & rectify that problem". He gestures to Vokun who in turn lays out a map on the table. "We must venture to the Daemonium Isulae, make contact with the factions of power & convince them to ally with us".
"Now, for those who are clueless, the Demon Isles are not Artania". He wipes his eye in hopes that the slight pressure would ease the pain. "Its rather safe to say that they are ruled over by the very monster species you hear in stories". "Vokun". He gestures to the boy to continue when the main was too much to keep talking. "Insulae ruled by four faction". "Primal, Daemon, Humanoid, Tribe". He says. "Main city called Dragons Keep, is neutral place for faction meet & trade". "We sail for there, then stop at Yellow Flaggon, speak to city mother, then enter jungle". He looks around at those present. "Must ally Insulae before Dark king, Human city not survive without".
Garrett sits back into his seat, leaning back into the darkness of the wall. "Unlike the previous Subjugation quest this one doesn't require all hands". "So those who wish not to go may say so". "Questions"?

Galen
"None from me boooooss." Galen replied cheerfully, dragging put the last part. "Been a long time since I sailed on the Chironios, and never to the deemon islands."
He stepped back and nudged Liliana with his elbow, "time to see what shanties are in your repertoire."
He have a big belly laugh at his friends uncomfortably embarrassed demeanor. "Besides, my lordship, you already have my blade. Just tell me where to stick it."

Luna
For one of the first times in her life, she'd finally been given her own choice. They were going to be travelling outside of Artania, lands she had never been to, yet knew were dangerous. She had heard stories from several mercenaries in taverns more inward of the kingdom. They told exaggerated tales of death and fear, lots of fights that ended with pulps of flesh and blood on both sides. Although these were possibly far from the truth, she could only assume that half of the stories held some truth in them. She had no idea what her Father had planned for her to be, but since his illness, she had to train on her own. This would be considered as just another test to him, yet to her, this was an adventure. To see a whole new place, even if it was dark and deadly? She didn't want to waste this chance, even if it meant never coming back home.
She nodded to Garrett and Vokun, turning to Galen with a weak smile. He was drunk and she persuaded herself not to get angry at the man for celebrating his victory.
"I shall join you, however, I must know more about these factions. Knowing who we're trying to win over is important... and I would also like to stress the fact that the Prince needs medical attention. Matter of fact I can look over him myself if it is magical."
She'd take a few steps forward before stopping, her eyes resting on Garrett's. "If I have your permission, M'Lord."

Vokun
The Prince glared at the girl. She meant well...'huh, she really has grown hasn't she'. Through his right eye her could see her neck pulse with blood, the slight shift of color. He winces & grimaced. "If you are able". he says. Vokun snorts. "Storm eye is abyss trait, mainland magic no help". "Faction I help".
"Anima has beastmen; Were-beast, Harpie & same stuffs". "Daemonia has Demon type; Succubi, Incubi, Vampire that sort". "Tribe...". Vokuns face darkens. "Tribe is trouble, avoid tribe". "Waters to there are bad, storm, monster". He gestures large. "Must land in Roanapura, sort of capital".

Demon's and strange beast people? Liliana's eyes practically sparkled with dumbstruck awe. She had believed such things to be myth, legends, songs people sang to scare sailors into going too far from the mainland and to keep children good. But to hear from the Prince and the strange boy that these things were indeed real and existed far off the shores made Liliana a bit giddy. She bounced on back on her heels as her eyes seemed to get lost in the distance in some strange fantasy land filled with strange and exotic creatures. But even as she seemed enthusiastic there was a twinge of doubt in the back of her mind.
Demons, beastmen, weren't they a bit... well, dangerous?
She had no idea what they may look like, whether there'll be giant unfriendly monsters or something similar to humans but with animal parts... She hoped it was the second one, they would be so cute!
...Was she thinking straight? she did feel a little buzz from her couple of drinks.
But something kept bugging her, this Vokun kid and his strange ways and the sudden new eye the Prince had. Which reminded her that she needed to remake her own Eyepatch! As she began to shuffle into her bag for spare scraps of cloth she asked, "So, uh, What's so bad about this 'Tribe'? and what's with your eye? It seems to be hurting a bit."
She tied together and made a makeshift Eyepatch for herself, slinging it over half of her face and tying it off with a grunt. "Oh, I'm definitely going, I just want to know whats up with this place, ya know? It seems like it'll make great stories to tell! And maybe they wont be mean either!"
