Sheogorath, the Deadric Prince of Madness from the Elder Scrolls series. He'll also have access to all of his artifacts. Who would make a good opponent for him?

Where would this take place? If it is on the Shivering Isles then things would get really interesting, especially if Sauron brought his dark army with him. Then we could get the Golden saints and Dark seducers involved.

I kinda wanted a one-on-one fight. Oh, ok. Well, this is going to be tricky then because to my knowledge, even in TES lore, Sheogorath hasn't shown many combat feats. I think the most I have seen is if you attack him in game he teleports you 1000 feet in the air and drops you on the peak of Suicide mountain.

He can do more then that, he can literally warp himself into people's minds like he did in Skyrim.
Not to mention he'll also have the Wabbajack.

True, the mind he did warp himself in was the mind of a homicidal dead monarch, but still you have to admit that, excluding the wabbajack, he does have a lack of combat feats.

Ok, what solo feats has Sauron (Not giant eye) displayed. Apart from what's shown in the flashback from The final fight of The first War of the Ring, right?
