Respect Daniel Rand The Immortal Iron Fist

Danny Rand was nine years old when his parents Wendel and Heather Rand and their business partner Harold Meachum made a trip to the Himalayas in search of the Legendary City of Kun'Lun, which was later revealed to be a return trip for Danny's father. However this trip led to tragedy when Harold pulled a Scar after a cliff collapsed and kicked Wendel off the mountaintop so he could make a move on Heather, who responded by telling Harold to choke on his words and that she'd rather Danny murder Harold with his bare hands, Heather proceeded to continue the trip with Danny in hopes of getting help (and murder lessons presumably) only for them to be accosted by a pack of wolves. In the process of getting to Kun'Lun Heather died protecting her son from the pack of wolves and due to her proximity to Kun'Lun was granted passage to the Kun'Lun land of the dead. Danny went on to be trained in the ways of martial arts, learning many different styles with one goal in mind. Kill the fuck out of Harold Meachum for causing the deaths of his parents. 10 years later Danny would go on to kill a dragon to gain its power and become the Iron Fist and beat up the mechanical warrior The One to earn his right to a choice. He could taste the fruit of immortality and remain in Kun'Lun forever, or go out into the mortal world and seek his vengeance. Danny chose vengeance, but found Harold a terrified legless shell of a man who had spent 10 years waiting for Danny to show up and punch his face in. Then a ninja stabbed Harold in the back and various Kung Fu shenanigans would ensue ever since.

Of course years later the corruption of the Yu-Ti and with the reveal of the robotic nature of The One back then the question arose of the Yu-Ti picking and choosing who could be the Iron Fist. Who he deemed worthy, but The One wasn't always a robot for thousands of years before the Yu-Ti decided to start picking and choosing the One was a man, the man who was the second greatest champion of Kun'Lun beaten by the man who became the original Iron Fist and only beaten by those who would become the Iron Fist after. However he left Kun'Lun refusing to take falls for the Yu-Ti. A century later in Danny's most recent solo Iron Fist volume 5 issue 5 he reached the end of a Martial Arts tournament revealed to be held by those who left Kun'Lun because of its corruption leading to a final fight with the Wolf Master, the original The One who fought the original Iron Fist. At this point Danny had a weakened connection to the Iron Fist due to losing sight of his purpose but Danny wins the fight with a centuries old martial artist rediscovers his purpose even after taking 3 arrows to the chest and defeats the one true challenge of The One.

Diamondback is..back with super powers now strong enough to flip a car and ends up catching Danny by surprise with how strong he is beyond that catching an initial Iron Fist in his fist (thats the issue with Danny's super punches, never know how hard any particular showing is going to be due to dial-able yields) and goes all Bane on Danny
