Gonna go with Beerus via planet destruction.
That said atom sharp sword, bracers off, full demigod mode Diana would put a hell of a fight. She can fire energy but not really sure how powerful it is.
Physically speaking she has gone toe-to-toe with trained kryptonians and parasite has stated he felt more power from her then Superman. So that should give her an advantage in strength at least.
