(suggested by shadowknight ) Cerberus invades the planet in full force with the sole purpose of whipping out the local natives. Invasion takes place one year after the movie, Cerberus uses the ruins of the old human base as a starting point.

I'm fairly certain the Na'Vi go extinct here seeing as how they had trouble with The Humans who had lower grade weaponry than it looks Cerberus is the victor this match. Even though ME isn't fresh in my mind I'm fairly certain that Cerberus has no Gunships (don't hold me to this I'll find out real quick)

Let's not get started on the Atlas, those fuckers were a slight pain for shepard and co to take down so the Navi are on a whole other level of doomed.

Phantoms... Just typing the name gives me flashbacks. They've got agents perfectly fine with sniping people from a mile away. They have thier own fleet and even fighters. Engineers who leave mass accelerator turrets that will mess you up proper and biotics who have taken a page from whiplash.
