I found neat pics that could be useful: Russian Powered Armor  Smileys  some kind of super soldiers, maybe special forces  Sabertooth Mecha, though could be more life size rather than giant, and it could be a dog with few design mods  War Mechs  Angels  Pre-dismemberment Duchess (?)
