Interesting match here. For the purpose of the match Earth has been divided in half with bridges connecting all the continents, in a reasonable manner of course. Skynet's primary base is of course in North America and they control everything North of the Equator. The Xeno hive is in a fully converted Antartica with the entire continent being a massive hive as well as all Continents/territory South of the Equator. There are still humans spread out in Skynet territory, lets say 3 million in hiding through that territory. The Xenos want to destroy Skynet merely so they can spread their hive at the command of the queens (one for each of the continents they control) Skynet wants to eliminate the infestation of creatures and turn the rest of the world into a machine paradise. Which will win, the evolutionary power of the Xenomorphs, or the technological power of the Skynet.

This is going to be extremely close. The Xenomorphs aren't going to do to well the first few encounters, but their hive mind will quickly start to form strategies to combat the terminators, like wise, Skynet is going to attempt to capture a few for study and create strategies to combat the aliens.
In close combat the Xenomorphs have the advantage. They can easily rip through three inches of titanium, so a terminator should be little to no trouble, and their acid blood would heavily damage any terminator unit that punches through/rips apart a xeno. The Xenomorphs greatest strategy is to use the cover of night/ speed to quickly close the gap. The problem lies with sneaking up on a Terminator, which will prove next to impossible. The standard T-800's optical sensors can sample an extended range of visible frequencies, including infrared (which xenomorphs don't show up on). This information is then displayed on a 40,000 bit digitized display. Concussion-proof lenses protect the T-800's eyes, which are capable of moving independently. When using both eyes to track two different targets moving in different directions, depth perception is created artificially by creating a computer-generated off-angle ghost image. The T-800 is capable of motion tracking, search modes, facial identification and recognition and has extensive vision enhancement capabilities including long range "zoom" (the T-800 can snap-magnify an image by around x15), motion analysis and "night vision." All this means that, in a strait out war, the Terminators have the advantage(and this is only focusing on one type of unit at skynets disposal) The Xenomorphs would need to employ gorilla tactics(much like the human resistance) in order to do any damage. With all that said, while I love the Xenos and normally side with them in a debate, they are going to be hard pressed to pull out a victory.

Personally I think the main threat will be the T-1000s T-X's and the other bigger ones. However the Xeno's have created strains through animals too so there are Croccadillian Xenos, avian Xenos, aquatic whale Xenos, python and anaconda xenos...some of which are drones big enough to give a Xenomorph Queen trouble. So both have bigger guns to use. A major advantage the Xenos have though is in large engagements blood splatter will damage the Terminators, and the ones that have to get close to Xenos will suffer the worst.

Thats why I said its going to be close. The only terrain I see the Terminators completely dominating on are the ones that are shown in those clips I provided (clear, empty, little to no cover). Jungles/forests, cities/towns, oceans, ect... are going to be highly contested (With the Xenos having the edge in jungles and cities)

pretty much, the Xenos don't spread across a planet in a sweeping wave they do it like a..disease..subtly overwhelming areas with superior numbers increasing further and spreading again, hence why I put humans in the Terminator sector so the Xenos have the potential to bolster or replenish their ranks. And of course I dread to imagine what some of the Xenocreatures created from things like sharks and elephants will be like.
