Two powerful beings, while personally I don't see the fight itself lasting long the bigger issue is what will happen when their weapons collide.

Thor wins. Though He-Man was a recently shown he could fight with n52 supes and even take heat vision to the eyes and keep fighting. Don't really know how canon DC v Mast of the universe is to either is though.

LowkI know saw a video someone made of it That particular He-Man and Skeletor are in their own N52 DC comics series which while taking place in Eternia, I would think would make it canon since...they are both DC owned comics.

I think while they might be close (as you said He-Man was able to fight fairly evenly with Superman) the lack of flight for He-Man will screw him over when...the planet inevitably shatters from them going all out. I am curious what the collision of their weapons will cause though...I imagine it'd be like the Avengers movie Hammer vs Shield incident only...much much bigger.

To answer the question of what would happen if the weapons collided.....this, but on a continent sized scale.

Yeah agreed, at least continent....probably an area roughly the size of Antartica would get flattened.

I meant I wasn't sure who it would be canon for. Sometimes they do it where its canon to one side but not the other.
Edit The main thing throwing me is the timeline. Skeletor was supposed to have died before Adam got the armor and sword update. And I don't recall any mention of how, when, or if he really came back.

Ah, okay my bad. I guess until there's a specification we should go with the assumption it's canon to both? I honestly don't know where to begin to look for an answer to that one. - And since I posted He-Man vs Superman here's Thor vs Gorr
On the planets he was shattering, that one he saved can't be the one Gorr crashed into Thor was flying away from it towards that planet on the other side of the wormhole thing Prince Thor pounded Gorr through.

Anyway Thor still should win this. Flight and the ability to wreck the planet as side effect of fighting with someone who might be equal to his power really helps against a guy who can't fly.

Didn't He-Man destroy a moon (or was it a giant asteroid) before it could hit Eternia, with a rock he grabbed off the ground.

Can't really remember much about he-Man but I did manage to find a list which includes pushing a moon www.toplessrobot.com/2010/03/the_10_most_impossible_feats_of_he-man.phpOh and power of greyskull he's always talking about, apparently it's power the responsible for creating the sword, the planet, oh and their universe. It's what Adam used to reforge the sword. So, he's got that going for him.

Yea, I really wish we had people here who know He-Man facts, Its hard not knowing them nor where to look. I know I found a respect thread for him a few days ago and I posted it in random discussion I think....
