Perhaps the greatest foes of Thor and Superman, the beings that pushed them to their limits and left them broken and beaten, who made two of the most OP heroes doubt. Today they clash head on in what may be the most violent and brutal clash in comic books. Battle takes place...on...Krypton one month before it was destroyed, just for fun. Which hero buster wins? Gorr the being who devastated 3 Thors at once? Or Doomsday the monster who beat Superman to near death?

...I got nothing for Gorr. Doomsday...well he's got my vote.

Didn't Doomsday Kill Superman? I assume you're using Pre-52? I haven't read any of the Marvel Now stories... so I don't know what Gorr can do.

Would Gorr possibly be able to BFR Doomsday? Not sure to where, but you know, just an idea.

Hmmm. Something tells me IBs* would say this may take a while. Just in case, did we ever see Doomsday fight against DC's Captain Marvel or Dr. Fate in the Comics?
1.) (Initial bets for the Un-initiated!)

Battle is to the first death. Doomsday beat Superman into a state of false death but it turned out he wasn't really dead because of some Kryptonian bio thing. As i recall at least. As to Gorr's feats he's from the recent Thor solo arc, where he beat the shit out of a teen Thor before mjolnir, current Thor, and Odinforce Thor at the same time and had them dead to rights.

Battle of Gorr vs Thor, Thor, and Thor. Shows use of his shadow constructs, tanking multiple planet cracking blows, and engulfing an entire star.

I can't say I recall too much on Doomsday in terms of foe quality aside from fighting Supes and not getting deleted by Darkseid's Omega Effect, let alone Doomsday's most powerful incarnation we call 'Gog Wars'*, I just know I don't envy anybody the task of fighting Doomsday. Doomsday's as terrifying as Hell* itself to imagine fighting, let alone as Gog Wars.
___
Gorr on the other hand, from what we know just from his debut arc alone, already proved a point he can duke it out with not one, not even two but Three Guys in Superman's Ballpark,, let alone One that's at or around the ballparks of Non-Regular!-Supes. Add to the mix that each of the three guys in question who had to fight Gorr are all named as different incarnations of 616 Thor, and to say shit gets real is a spectacular understatement, to say the least. When you can duke it out with the minimum of 3 people in Regular Comic Superman's!-Ballpark+, let alone one that's above Regular Supes, you are as terrifying as Hell's very Capital itself. Anyone mind saying with me Pandemonium, anyone?
___
Yeah, I never kid on noting how it takes a while, I'm gonna attempt to be less the nearby Captain* Obvious around here and go recall Doomsday's enemies, not so much to take a side in here as to get a better gauge on Doomsday to see how shocking this fight will get.
1.) (Correct the spelling if anyone wants, I won't mind!) 2.) (Hell in general, not necessarily its capitol!) 3.) (Or more like Commander Obvious in my case!)

Well in Doomsday's debut he did beat the entire justice league until superman came and stopped him. Then he came back and they ended in a tie also Cross what your referencing to is the movie version which was very off key IMO. He DID kill superman and Superman killed him. But Superman didnt comeback until after 2 years. YEARS. Now tell me if any other DC Villain was able to keep him dead for that long? Let alone kill him?

@transcendence it was believed he killed Superman but the evil Eradicator (who later became one of the four fake Supermen) tried to steal his believed dead body only to discover he was in suspended animation and slowly recovering, he took him to the Fortress of Solitude and put him into a solar bombarment tank. Later after reviving he put on a Kryptonian war suit (the inspiration for the black and silver suit in the Doomsday movie)which speed up solar absorbtion process of his body. Suspended animations not quite the same as death, and still not as impressive as putting down a skyfather with back up from two supermen. Not to mention slaughtering hundreds of thousands of gods including Odin, Elder gods, and more and being able to create black berserkers capable of matching current Thor in raw strength.

Thanks for clarifying memory was foggy. And as it is then since we don't see doomsday going around and defeating god-like beings (besides residents of Apokolips) the majority aren't impressive IMO besides Darkseid obviously. I can already see that Doomsday won't be able to stop Gorr.

Why can't I recall anybody else doing this, Transcendence? My memories are hazy beyond the basics.

I can already see that Doomsday won't be able to stop Gorr. Honestly Doomsday would do better against Gorr than Darkseid would, Gorr gets more powerful every time his weapon (the shadow stuff which is a weapon called the Annihiblade) spills godblood (hence killing the god slaves to get a permanent boost to fight the three Thors better) so every time he pierced Darkseids skin he'd get a little bit stronger it's honestly one of the reasons the Justice League would be fucked against him too, Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel are godly in nature. That and he beat the crap out of a skyfather. I see Doomsday and Gorr going at it for a while with Krypton being utterly decimated if not outright destroyed, Doomsday would be destroying black berserkers left and right as Gorr worked to wear him down, the Annihiblade slowly burrowing into his skin at hundreds of different points, up until Gorr managed to deal the final blow. It'd be a brutal ugly fight and I'm still not 100 percent sure Gorr can win just because I'm not sure how fast Doomsdays regen works.

Hmm...From what I've heard don't hold me to this but Doomsday's survived the end of time. So I can say that MAY count as a feat. Also I like doomsday but overall the matches can get hectic once people bring up Doomsday's most OP ability.
