I hear the Teen Titans version of Robin is a very skilled fighter.

If one likes to be a twisted jack@ss, Jason Todd did the most killing. However if we're going with trying to show a little mercy around these parts(aside from the mercy-kill flavors) Tim Drake could work.

This is why I suggested the Kotor Arena withe the weapon dampeners that (when turned on, magical) dull the swords and turn the blasters into stun mode just before the killing blow. This is why when you did the death match with Bendak they turned the dampeners off, thus you were able to kill him. With the Dampeners on both can go full force with only the killing blow being dulled to the point where it renders them unconscious instead.

Then Tim Drake it is?(Either Comics Tim Drake, YJ Tim Drake or DCAU Tim Drake?)

Ok, which version of Tim has the most skills? Alas, that's what I don't recall. Sadly I'm not the DC Veteran around these parts.

Nightwing hands down has the most combat skill.
Tim is the most clever manipulative and best planner
Jason Todd....is good with a gun and is kind of okay in some areas.
Damian Wayne is a League of Shadows ex member and the son of Bruce Wayne.

Is it 11 years old Hit-Girl or older teen Hit-Girl ? I was leaning more towards 11; however, if the teen H-G has better combat showings feel free to post them.

I could propose Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia if it helps. He's a professional Swordsman if it makes any sense.

sure, find a showing of his skills and post it. Okay, the Game has numerous instances and the Anime is more focused on the instances that are there. I'll begin with Lloyd's earliest fights in cut-scenes in the games, and in the Anime I'll start with the earliest fights on display for Lloyd and see where to go from there. The following fight isn't too shabby(despite its slow pacing) but it shows an example of some of what Lloyd can do.
