So Webcomics count right? I'd like to bring up a great one that I discovered recently. Abby Howard's A black and white Horror/Comedy, it involves the terrifying (read, often hilarious) Halloween Night of ten year old Mona, who finds that her favorite holiday has coincided with the mass appearance of Monsters, who begin massacring Humans. Pursued by one such, Mona falls in with three other youths, themselves not quite human, who offer her the best chance of survival. In what could be Humankind's last Halloween, self-proclaimed coward Mona may well be its only hope for survival. It's only been going for about nine months, and updates at a pace of once per week, but good GOD does Howard give you plenty per. Each update is pleasingly long, and what is more, they're BEAUTIFUL. There is a wonderful design scheme, between the cartoony main character and protagonists contrasting to the high-detail grotesqueness of the monsters, and the set pieces are often gorgeous. Rife with black humor, lotsa violence, and eerie moments, you may find yourself unsure whether to laugh or shudder as you go. An interesting so far, with creative concepts, and still in its early stages, I hope it will become one to follow eagerly for years to come. Linkage to first page www.last-halloween.com/posts/1

I just now finished reading. Don't how I went so long without knowing Abby did another webcomic.
