The main character of The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.
Any good opponents in mind?

I can't weigh in much personally, but it's still in my head -- one of the Fable player characters?

Don't they have guns?

Yeah but they seemed pretty primitive, although my memory isn't too good regarding the fable series
But I know fable 1 didn't have guns so it could be the PC from that, or an npc

If its Pre-Skyrim/Pre-running into Sheogorath, one of the Assassins from Assassin's Creed could work, depending on how the Champion of Cyrodil is customized. If its Post-Running into Sheogorath, nominations get trickier.

maybe, I only know a few tidbits of Reaver from 3. Anyway grab someone from 1 if you go the fable route, but I guess it's not too good either way

I think Reaver just used a pistol.

I've never seen him outside of a cutscene in Fable 3, stopped playing before any fights (if you do fight him in 3)

For instance, with speed maxed out, the Hero of Kvatch can run as fast as the Dragonborn can sprint.
That's not to mention what he can accomplish speed-wise with a few bottles of Skooma lol.
