Batman has his usual gear and utility belt. Link is in his Twilight Princess incarnation. Battle takes place in the city of Venice, modern day and abandoned. Batman and Link are 1,000ft apart.

Oh man, I love what you did with the images lol. Anyways, here's some good stuff for the TP version of Link here. Link is durable enough to completely tank a multi-mile fall down into Lake Hylia. He get’s shot out of a cannon from the City in the Sky and lands down into the lake. The City in the Sky is right over Lake Hylia, but it’s SO far up in the sky that it can’t even be seen from the ground despite the city’s impressive size. It’s also not gameplay mechanics either because it was the only way for Link to travel to and from Lake Hylia and the City in the Sky, thus advancing the plot. Anyway, falling into water from that many miles might as well be hitting concrete. Link completely tanked it too. Link has natural superhuman strength as well as arrow timing reflexes. He was strong enough to stop Gorons rolling down the sides of Death Mountain at him, then he picked them up off the ground and tossed them aside. He then went on to sumo wrestle Gorons and could effectively push them around in the ring. After that, he was later casually picking up and tossing around Dangoro, a massive sized Goron covered in armor. He ended his trip to Death Mountain by grabbing the leg chains of Fyrus, a 15-20ft tall possessed Goron monster, and pulling them causing Fyrus to trip. Keep in mind that TP Link never had any strength enhancing items either, making it all the more impressive. He can also block and smack arrows out of the air as well as shoot them out of the air with his own arrows. Now to move onto Link’s Magic Armor. It’s a golden suit of armor that runs on Rupees instead of magic. It makes Link invincible and safe from harm as long as he has Rupees. It drains about 1 or 2 Rupees per second and it drains 10 Rupees instantly when Link sustains injury. When Link’s Rupees run out the suit becomes useless and slows Link down, so he’d have to unequip it to fight properly. Link’s maximum Rupee count in Twilight Princess was 1,000 Rupees. Next up, the Bomb Arrows. Link can actually combine his arrows and bombs. These don’t explode after a few seconds either, they actually instantly explode on contact. It’s essentially Link’s version of a rocket launcher. The bombs themselves are powerful enough to break apart massive boulders as well. Now to the Ball and Chain that Link has. It’s a massive metal ball with spike studs on a very long chain. Link swings it over his head before throwing it straight out at his target. While he’s swinging it around and around over his head, it can be used to keep his foes aways or they’ll get hit by it. Link throws the Ball and Chain with enough force to shatter massive boulders, the only other thing Link has with the force to shatter boulders are bombs. Kind of gives you a good idea of the power Link is putting into that weapon’s striking force. It’s awkward to walk around with but it can also be used as a makeshift shield. I should also mention the Gale Boomerang. When Link throws it, the weapon forms a miniature tornado around itself. While the Gale Boomerang isn’t life threatening, it is a great way to stun enemies and throw them off their game thus opening them up to an assault from Link. I’ll finish this with a weapon this version of Link might "technically" have. The Crossbow. This was used by Link in Link’s Crossbow Training, a minigame spinoff using the same Link from Twilight Princess. The Crossbow he obtained had unlimited ammo and was capable of rapid fire, making it very deadly. Some strength feats. Link is able to repeatedly pick up and throw Dangoro (huge armored Goron).
(1:40-6:20) Link is strong enough to trip Fyrus just by tugging on his leg chains.
Durability feats. (4:50-5:00) Link survives being knocked off of a high ledge by Stallord.
(4:40-5:20) Link survives a water landing after being launched from a cannon to a city so high that it can’t even be seen from the ground. He also get’s back down by using a cannon as well.

Link is skilled enough with his bow to hit a very small pole from all the way across Kakariko Village.

Link uses the Ball and Chain weapon to break apart gigantic chunks of ice. The only other thing that could shatter those were cannon balls.

That is a good point on Link being superhuman...honestly I just...really don't have any reason to try and debate for Batman except if I was going to play devils advocate.

Well, Batman is a master of several martial arts, isn't he? But it's still a bad idea to try and grapple with somebody unfathomable out of your league strength-wise.
