I think Seras has this one. She's not stronger than Sakura, but her regeneration is her trump card here, Sakura will think she's landed a fatal blow and then get back stabbed. Then again I am pretty biased against Sakura, such a shitty character. The irony being that EoS Sakura can use Tsunade's hax cellular regen technique and actually used that strategy to try and get one over on Madara

IS she different from incarnation to incarnation? Or is it composite?

shadowknightWell, like most Naruto Shinobi, she's super/hyper sonic, she has her own regen abilities, but she can't come back from something immediately fatal like decapitation. Video for some strength feats (I'm a bit too busy to get the manga pages atm), though most of these are earlier on. The one battle she actually fights against the Akatsuki isn't half bad, but as for the rest... And looks like GA beat me to the punch >.< GuardianAngel1911-AdminYeah I temporarily forgot about her regen, though it's not hax enough to bring her back if she's instantly killed (or is it?).

I'm not sure which of these two will be faster, Sakura should be somewhere in the upper tiers of Narutoverse (probably low to mid level hypersonic) but I'm not sure. - She did one shot kill a giant Centipede and that was still before her peak - And early Shippuden she did crush/destroy a massive boulder.

As long as the brain isn't damaged in the process, a normal human's brain should survive at least several seconds afterwards. Did Kaguya do that to Sakura? I really can't remember much from that fight.

No Madara did it to Tsunade(I posted it on the previous page), Sakura didn't suffer any major injuries other than Madara's gut stab. The most that happened with Sakura during the Kaguya battle was punching her hard enough one of her horns broke off

I sorta suspected you were referring to that but wasn't sure. But yeah, while they're definitely fatal wounds, they wouldn't really be instant kills.

I knew the Sakura one wasn't but wasn't sure about the Tsunade one.
