N64 Link is one of the people who's a factor in the timeline split happening, yes?

That was mostly Zelda's doing.

That was mostly Zelda's doing. True enough about N64 Zelda, actually.

N64 Zelda and Link were stuck in a rather messy situation, since they wounded up being the targets of Demise' ire for his Curse to fight to destroy, right?

Yeah.
But the timeline split made everything much more organized and manageable, at least.

Yeah. But the timeline split made everything much more organized and manageable, at least. True enough. There's still the wonder of dealing with multiple enemies across the timelines, and if there's ever enough powerful enemies from across the timelines then something tells me that Demise might return one day.

Well, Demise has technically been returning in the form of Ganondorf and (based on a theory of mine) Malladus.

What do you mean?

That at least one of them wasn't necessarily 'born' in the exact same way as you or me?

Which means that Demise is the father for at least Ganondorf, if Malladus was weaker than Ganondorf than either they're 'siblings' or Ganondorf's the 'Father', really.
