Ok, well I found this for (I believe anyway) the Current incarnation of Spawn.

-living symbiotic costume, Leetha of the 7th House of K (also known as K7-Leetha).

-transform any part of his suit and/or body into whatever he sees fit for the current situation.{able to shift its shape, including the manifestation of spikes, armor plating, or transforming the shroud into a battle axe. The shroud itself is an effective offensive weapon able to strike in battle with its extreme precision, severing limbs, and/or disarm enemies with specifically angled pokes and prods}

-The only human characteristics Spawn retains now are his emotion and the ability to feel pain...he does not grow tired, feel fatigue, or even need to breathe.

-Should Spawn be injured while in battle, his suit is the one to feel the blow.

-super speed

-super strength (can throw around skyscrapers)

-hellblasts that can topple ancient gods and strong enough to burn down the gates of Heaven

-matter alteration and transmutation

-incredible regeneration

-unbreakable chains

-control over nature

-the ability to stop time dead in its tracks

-use mental powers to subdue enemies(Made a man think that Spawn was ripping his skin off physically)

-fearless warrior (having beaten sky fathers he never lets an opponents scope or power intimidate him.)

-weighing over 450 pounds and is composed completely of necroplasm

-has internal organs, they are only semi-and/or non-functional, however their damage or destruction does not hinder Spawn at all.

-decades of military training and had been a noted well experienced street fighter(prior to Spawnification)

-master at hand-to-hand combat and martial arts{Judo, Jujitsu, Karate, Kung-Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Aikido, Taekwondo, Boxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, Hapkido, Muay Thai, Ninjutsu and American Karate. He also briefly studied Taekkyeon and was also highly adept in swordsmanship and marksmanship, mostly due to his years in the military}

-peak physical condition (prior to {and now surpassed after} Spawnification)

-fluently speak ten languages all including: Japanese, Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Latin, Arabic, Persian and Russian.

-His shroud, spikes, chains, and skulls are all part of K7-Leetha who is bonded to his central nervous system that will protect Spawn even if he is unconscious.

-The true source of the costume is the necroplasm in Spawn's body, from which it feeds. It is possible for Spawn to draw this energy back when he needs it, using it to power his abilities without draining his own reserves. The costume can also feed off evil energy from the physical world, feeding off the ambient evil of people, animals (mainly carrion insects, but also wolves, coyotes, common house cats (though in the comics the cats are always black), fictional giant rat-like rodents, bats, red foxes, and mongooses) and even certain parts of cities (Detroit, New York City, Los Angeles,and in Spawn: Resurrection, Albuquerque is alluded to).

-vast magical powers(but a limited power supply) Each time Spawn used his energy the counter drains. Consequently, Spawn relies primarily on his costume's natural abilities or weapons rather than the magical abilities in combat. Though the power source is finite, Spawn's biggest limitation is imagination.

-Spawn uses his magic ability in various ways, including resurrecting the dead, firing blasts of necroplasmic energy, teleportation, flamebreathing, transmutation, manipulation of the elements, shape-shifting(into other people), flight, and curing the sick

-highly trained soldier proficient in both armed ranged and unarmed melee combat. Spawn's training is to the extent that he chooses to use firearms over his magical abilities

-Spawn has an ability to "feel", or "sense" or "be cognizant of" misery, pain and hatred as both a gift and punishment given to him by The Keeper. He is aware, even subconsciously when someone is attacked or murdered because he has gained a further affinity with the creatures of the night and shadows and through them experiences the anguish of all mankind.

-Spawn contained an unknown quantity of lost souls who can share his Hellspawn abilities, collectively known as Legion. Detective Twitch theorized that the souls that Spawn carries are those that died during the same hour that Al Simmons was killed, and that there could be as many as 6,000 souls within him. The power from these souls rendered Spawn uncontrollable by Malebolgia. Spawn can also cause these souls to manifest themselves physically as Hellspawn, allowing them to appear and aid him in combat wherever he is.

There is a chance it might give him a power boost. I mean, popping a planet is, ultimately, an evil act because it kills countless innocence. Plus he can also feed off of the evil radiating off of his opponents (excluding Thor). So he should have plenty of power to feed off of, regardless of planet whether the planet exists or not.

well Black Adam and GEoM will amp him, so as long as their alive he should easily be able to hang with them physically. The question is what happens when/if it comes down to him and Thor?
Plus the planet's destruction likely wouldn't be an intentional act unless Black Adam just does it for shit's and giggles, it'd likely come from Adam and Thor and Spawn's blows colliding.

So yea, Spawn can hang in with them. Don't forget about the 6,000 Hell Spawn he can have fight by his side.

Well, they are a bit more than cannon fodder. They have all ( if to a slightly lessened level) the powers of a hell Spawn, meaning that if worse comes to worse he can pop out 6,000 other Hell Spawn who are slightly weaker than himself but not by much.

but anyway, so yea, that thing you mentioned about him getting trapped in a Star. He wouldn't be trapped long because he can use teleportation to get him out.

Not often, he usually BFR's the individual, like the time he bfr's someone out of reality...like all reality..or well teleported them outside time and space.
