Why not if it's part of the lore ? Well for one thing, I still don't understand what you said in your first post. Like, I read it...and then...I don't get it. I do, I can keep up with anyone who has a mouthful more times than not. Depending on incarnations of the (Playable!-)Dragonborn, its likely that the (Playable!-)Dragonborn learned of the powers of CHIM at least during either the Dawnguard DLC's time or the Dragonborn DLC's time, actually.

The "default" dragonborn didn't use resto-loop like I did anyway, wether he has CHIM or not is irrelevant. And what's resto-loop?

Phantom wants to use the default dragonborn anyway, so since he's not a player character per se he can't have been resto-looped or modded so like I said it's irrelevant in this case. Phantom-> There's this loop abuse you can do by enchanting equipment to boost your alchemy skill and use the boosted alchemy to brew a potion that boosts enchanting. And so on until your enchantments are so boosted that your stats make you more or less god-mode. Taking Fortify Restoration potions during that process makes it go way faster (for some reason). This is what we call resto-looping.

Oh, well that's out lol.
Just go with the maximum canon magic limit.

Which would be 250 magicka or so assuming even stat distribution.

Oh, well that's out lol. Just go with the maximum canon magic limit. Fair enough. We can save that kind of Hax for if the (Playable!-)Dragonborn is going to fight Helba(dot hack universe) at some point, nothing below her ballpark+ really. __ Its not gonna be wrong if some time after this fight gets posted, I'd like to see Kite(another dot hack resident) vs Kratos one of these days, is it?

That would make something like, around a full minute of elemental stream type spells.

Probably not a good idea to go for those weak spells.

Wonder if MCU!-Thor should be hosting a fight like this.

He could prolly spam mid-tier spells in short bursts.
