Well Preds have skill too, but I'm not sure how the average Pred compares to Riddick, but possibly about even considering the battle with the serpents in the new movie.

It also depends on the age and status of the predator, yes they are stronger; however, the older the pred the more refined his skill. Think of it like this, you have two samurai, they both received similar , if not the same training; however, one is young and inexperienced while the other is older and has refined his skills to an art form. The younger may have the strength but his form is a tad sloppy due to his inexperience while the older has been doing it so long that it is second nature. That is what maybe the deciding factor in hand to hand. What type of pred and how old, If we go with stander blooded then as Blair said skill+speed > strength. If we go with an elite who has been around a few hundred years and has honed his craft then it is a battle of... skill+speed vs skill+ speed + strength
