But it controlled differently then Deku Link's helicopter-flowers.

What consequences are you talking about? Things ranging from bad events happening due to N64 Link's actions and In-actions, to good events breaking out, to other things in between?

Who wounded up dead from Link waking up, again? Not merely from N64 Link waking up, but in the Adult timeline at least, the King of Hyrule died by Ganondorf's plans, it may have been prevented in the Child timeline, but the Ganon/Decline Timeline might have also been like that.
